Installation of new caisson riser clamp in a highly exposed and high risk area.Work to be completed at 10m above sea level on suspended platform. Safehouse supplied a safe work habitat to ensure this work coud be carried out efficiently and effectively in a safe work environment.

Site survey was carried out and Safehouse team involved with design and planning of scaffolding to ensure design met the requirements of the habitat installation team and welder.

Adverse weather conditions, Exposed Location, Access / Egress.

12m x 4m x 3m Habitat was installed complete with Gas Detection Systems and automatic safety shutdown. The egress / access and Escape routes were provided in obstacle free locations.

The work scope was completed by only two technicians working together as there was no requirement for night shifts.
The client was very impressed with the safehouse system and by our Technicians who were always present when hotwork was being carried out on the platform.
